1821 Design is a web site design, graphic design, audio and video studio founded in March 2006.

1821 Design is run by Thomas Swift and is based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. I have worked on many different projects ranging from database coding to graphic design. Caracal Intranet Doctor Polling Web Application

Client: Caracal, Inc.

Details: Initially Caracal contacted 1821 Design to create a corporate web site and identity. Caracal asked 1821 Design to help facilitate two other projects. An internal project web site to track status and related project documents and two internal questionnaire web sites to poll doctors on patient-related questions.

Details: Myswizard contacted 1821 Design to create an online journal of writings and vehicle to present her books. 1821 Design used the Wordpress blogging platform to disseminate the content of her writings to the public. Customizing her installation of Wordpress, we were able to fulfill her needs in bringing information and insight to her readers.

Details: Beck's CRS was in need of a redesign and implementation of an e-commerce store. 1821 Design was able to provide a very usable solution to their problem. The site also contains a back-end content management system that allows for employees to add,edit and delete products, as well as view and process orders.
